Perfect Holiday

Rented this villa for 9 of us for a 70th party. The villa is lovely set in an amazing orange grove The pool is excellent and was enjoyed by the 3 children in our party. Toni is a great host and even provided Gluten free treats for us during our stay. Overall was very impressed with the villa and quite location we even walked into Soller a few times to visit the numerous bats and restaurants. Would recommend a visit to the local farmers coop 5 mins away and they also operate a restaurant in soller

¡Absolutamente hermoso!

Mi familia y yo tuvimos la suerte de quedarnos una semana en la hermosa Villa Ca'n Sampol a finales de julio de 2017. La finca, que se encuentra entre los paisajes de montaña más impresionantes, tiene un interior lujoso, moderno y acogedor. Todo se mantiene bellamente y la casa en sí está impecablemente limpia. Además de las espectaculares vistas que lo rodean, la zona de la piscina disfruta del sol la mayor parte del día y está bien equipada con tumbonas y sombrillas para aprovechar al máximo.
Toni el dueño es muy atento y hospitalario. En varias ocasiones, dejó deliciosos dulces mallorquines en la casa para que los disfrutemos. Además, cuando llegamos por primera vez, también se tomó la molestia de mostrarnos personalmente dónde estaban el supermercado y el restaurante más cercanos.
La bonita localidad de Sóller se encuentra a pocos pasos, en bicicleta o en coche, y cuenta con muchos bares y restaurantes agradables para disfrutar. Alternativamente y muy recomendable, es una barbacoa en la casa, sentado afuera en la mesa debajo de la veranda, disfrutando de las magníficas vistas y disfrutando de la paz y la calma que le sigue.

Beautiful villa

I stayed here for a week With friends . We all lived it . The house is immaculate , well planned out and well placed for the trails . We Soller town only a short walk away . The rooms are spacious and the outside dinner area and pool were amazing . Toni was a fantastic host . We arrived on a late flight and had no time for dinner , but this was no problem as Toni had dinner waiting for us in the villa . We were also treated to local dishes that he left us . I would highly recommend ca n sampol . We hope to go again in the future

Fantástica propiedad. Muy bien situado. Propietario acogedor

Propiedad muy bien ubicada entre Sóller  y Fornalugetx .Es acogedor y ofrece propietario extras. Las bicicletas son de gran utilidad. Fantásticas vacaciones por 8 amigos.

Hermosa villa

Me alojé aquí por una semana con amigos. Todos vivimos. La casa está impecable, bien planificada y bien situado para los senderos. La ciudad de Sóller, que a sólo un corto paseo de distancia. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y la zona exterior de la cena y la piscina eran increíbles. Toni era un fantástico anfitrión. Llegamos en un vuelo tarde y no tuvimos tiempo para cenar, pero no era problema, como Toni tenía la cena preparada para nosotros en la villa. También nos trataron a los platos locales que nos ha dejado. Recomiendo encarecidamente ca n sampol. Esperamos volver en el futuro.

Super Finca mit perfektem Service

Wir hatten die Finca von Toni aufgrund der vielen positiven Bewertungen für unsere Fotogruppe gebucht und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Die Finca liegt sehr malerisch am Fusse des Tramuntana Gebirges. Die Hinfahrt war bereits ein Erlebnis (wir hatten natürlich die wirklich gute Wegbeschreibung von Toni nicht richtig gelesen und uns auf unser Navi verlassen). Nachdem wir nicht mehr weiterwussten, wurden wir von unserem Vermieter prompt abgeholt und zur Finca gelotst. Dort wartete auf uns bereits ein fertig gedeckter Tisch mit belegten Broten und mallorquinischen Leckerbissen. Auch der Kühlschrank war mit Getränken gefüllt, so dass wir einfach nur entspannt ankommen konnten. Die Finca verfügt über insgesamt 5 Schlafzimmer, ist also theoretisch für 10 Personen geeignet. Wir waren mit 6 Personen da und haben vier der Zimmer als Einzelzimmer genutzt. Für uns war reichlich Platz vorhanden. Bei voller Belegung würde der Platz in der Küche etwas knapp – was im Sommer sicher kein Problem ist, da im Aussenbereich Sitzmöglichkeiten und Tische in ausreichender Menge vorhanden sind. Eines der Schlafzimmer hat eine sehr niedrige Deckenhöhe (ca. 1,80 m) und ist wirklich nur für eher kleinere Menschen geeignet. Ein weiteres Schlafzimmer befindet sich im Gartenhaus – dort ist eine komplette Wohnung eingerichtet, mit Bad Küche und Schlafraum. Drei der Schlafzimmer müssen sich ein Bad teilen, bzw. können das Bad eines der anderen Zimmer mitbenutzen (Durchgang durch Vorhang abgetrennt). Für uns reichten die Kapazitäten locker aus. Aufgrund der noch sehr kalten Nächte (teilweise unter 7 Grad) war es in der Finca nachts doch recht frisch. In allen Zimmern sind allerdings kombinierte Kühl/ Heizgeräte installiert, die sich über eine Fernbedienung ein und ausschalten lassen. Wir brauchten also nicht zu frieren. Während der Woche unseres Aufenthalts wurden wir immer wieder mit leckeren Spezialitäten von Toni verwöhnt, die wir morgens vor der Tür fanden (Die Gemüsepizza war absolut genial!!) Wenn wir Fragen hatten, stand uns Toni immer telefonisch zur Verfügung. Der Service war einfach genial. Zusammenfassend kann ich nur sagen: eine herrliche Finca in Mitten eines Orangenhains mit einen gepflegten Pool, einer sehr modernen Küche mit allem was man braucht (Geschirrspüler mit Spülmittel; Waschmaschine mit Waschmittel), Fahrräder (2 Stück – haben wir allerdings nicht genutzt) und einem perfekten Vermieter. Wir kommen sicher noch einmal wieder – allerdings dann erst im Mai, wenn die Abende wärmer werden und wir die tollen Aussenanlagen der Finca richtig nutzen können. Während unseres Aufenthalts war´s nach Sonnenuntergang draußen einfach zu kalt zum Sitzen. Ganz großen Dank nochmal an Toni!!

Pristine perfect quality finca

We have just returned from a fantastic week staying at Can Sampol
The communication and help from both Toni (the owner) and Inez, from booking through to leaving the villa this morning has been brilliant. The villa was beautiful, very well cared for and spotlessly clean on our arrival, the pool was cleaned daily by Toni very early in the morning, so not to intrude, and on some mornings we were left some traditional Majorcan delicacies for breakfast.
The furnishings were good quality and the villa was very well equipped, plenty of sun loungers, crockery, cutlery for 8 people. The bikes were very good and Toni sorted a minor issue we had with one the same day.
We did not hire a car and walked to town and the beach regularly which are both probably 30 minutes walk and also into Fornalutx , again 30 to 40 mins walk through stunning scenery.
We would definitely recommend this villa but if staying with elderly or small children the a car would be necessary

A lovely villa in a stunning location

Ca'n Sampol house and grounds were presented in immaculate condition,The house was well equipped for our needs and the terrace area ideal for outside dining. Electric gates and a fenced perimeter made it safe and securc for our young grandchildren.We worried that the steps up to the pool might pose a threat to the youngsters but in fact it was good to have the pool separated from the lawn play area. The location was very peaceful and provided excellent opportunities for walking. Take heed of the advice to hire a small car as the access road is narrow and the parking area not large. Toni was an excellent, attentive but not intrusive host.

Très bel endroit

De belles vacances en famille dans ce magnifique endroit au coeur des champs de citronniers et orangers. L'endroit est à la fois isolé et à 5 minutos del centro de Soller. Le propriétaire met tout en oeuvre pour faciliter le séjour avec quelques sorprende culinaires. La villa est très bien équipée et la piscine agréable. De belles randonnées vers Fornatlux et Biniaraix!

Finca Wunderschöne en traumhafter Lage

Sehr komfortabel und stilgerecht renovierte und modern ausgestattete traditionelle Finca zwischen Sóller und Fornalutx. Einzigartige ruhige Lage am Fernwanderweg GR 221, umgeben vom Tramuntana-Gebirge mit toller Aussicht auf die Berge – abends erglühen sie im untergehenden Sonnenschein … Tolles Ambiente -innen und aussen- schöne Sitzgelegenheiten auf den Terrassen und am Pool. Die Zimmer variieren etwas in Größe und Komfort. Besonders zu erwähnen ist das Engagement und die Gastfreundlichkeit des Eigentümers Toni – er war äußerst hilfsbereit, hatte ein Willkommens- Essen vorbereitet und uns mehrfach mit Mallorquinischen Spezialitäten beglückt – Vielen Dank Täten beglückt! – ¡wir kommen gerne wieder!

Truly delightful Finca!

This is a really special place! Ca'n Sampol is a wonderful base for a relaxing or action packed holiday. The house is delightful; modern, comfortable and beautifully maintained but retaining a link with its history. Even more special than the house is the outside area – super pool area, lovely garden and orchard. It's just wonderful to wake up each morning surrounded by orange and lemon trees! The views of the mountains are amazing! Toni is a most welcoming host. He brought us some delicious home cooked food and local delicacies. Most important though was his kindness and concern for our comfort and enjoyment of the holiday.

I can hardly think of a more stunning location to spend a week in a lovely house

It's not often that you get the chance to sit on one of the several terraces or by the pool in a large and very well maintained garden looking at the Tramuntana mountain range in one direction and orange and lemon groves in others. When you can take no more of this bliss you have the option of a short walk to some extremely pretty Mallorquin villages or walk down to Sóller and pass the time in any of the bars and restaurants. We spent little time inside the house, why would you on holiday in Spain in August?, everyone slept well, we were able to cook in the well equipped kitchen as if we were in our own houses, the living-room was used at times to watch La Vuelta de España on the large screen. I don't know if there is a word in the English language which means more than excellent; were such word to exist, I would use it to describe the treatment we received from the local letting agency.
