Ca'n Sampol is a lovely old stately home located in one of the most beautiful spectacular parts of the “valle de Soller" surrounded by mountains and orange orchards in the cami de s'Ermita" between the urban area of Soller and Fornalutx . The house of nearly 200 m2 was built by Toni's ancestors in the middle of the X1X Century.
The house is two kilometers away from the main square of Soller which is considered to be one of the most beautiful squares in Majorca because of its pink stone Grecian Style centre with its quaint water pump and the Modernistic Style buildings surrounding it. The sant Bartolomeu Church, the Bank of Soller and Ca'n Bordils also adds to the beauty of the Square. It's the social centre of the village where they celebrate festivals and is a perfect meeting point where you can sit back and relax in the numerous bars and terraces that surround it.

The house is approximately 200 square meters surrounded by 1,600 square metres of garden half of which is for planting Orange trees and Lemon trees so the fruit is available to the clients. The rest are lawned areas big terraces and a beautiful swimming pool.

The owner and host of Ca'n Sampol, Toni isn't an ordinary run of the mill owner of a vacation home. He loves helping and advising his guests to enjoy their stay to the full like real Mallorquíns. He gives his guests a warm welcome and explains them how things work in the house which has air conditioning, a safe, cable television, a computer with a printer and two bicycles to visit the area.
In Ca'n Sampol your security and peace of mind is his priority so from the moment they book their stay guests have a telephone number they can call in the event of any problem they might have.
Toni believes in sustainable tourism , respecting the environment to the maximum so in the house he offers recycling facilities and the use of ecologic and biodegradable cleaning products.

Soller is one of the most beautiful villages to Visit in the Sierra de Tramuntana, named UNESCP heritage in cultural landscape. It covers 90 kilometers and has 20 towns which you can visit in 8 laps which go from Andatx to Pollença. This route called the GR 221 starts 10 metres away from the property, and its territory permits the guest to start their excursion both on a short excursion , like to Fornalutx (40) or Biniaraitx (20) or for the very keen to climb to the peak de L'ofre Lluch etc.
The location of the property permits the guests to have a sensation of peace and complete privacy which is what most of the guests
